The Viognier vineyard is planted in a sandy hill of Blewitt Springs, McLaren Vale.
Light green with pale straw edges, the bouquet is elegant with dried apricots, peach, citrus peel and hints of jasmine.
The palate is medium to light bodied with flavours of dried apple rings, peaches, lychees and lime.
Perfect with a variety of seafood dishes it will also partner well with Asian dishes.
