The Rosé is sourced from a single block of Cabernet Sauvignon planted on a south eastern facing sandy hill of Blewitt Springs, McLaren Vale.
Vibrant salmon pink, the bouquet is floral with strawberries, rosepetals and Turkish delight.
The palate is tight and crisp, with flavours of dried pears, cherries and strawberries.
The wine has a long and pleasant creamy finish with mineral undertones.
