The Two in The Pouch series was created by our winemaker Pieter Breugem by blending Willunga Shiraz with Blewitt Springs Cabernet Sauvignon.
Dense ruby with purple hues, the bouquet is dominated by ripe blackberry and strawberry aromas followed by ripe plums, dark chocolate and fruit cake.
The palate is fruit driven and well-structured with warm, sweet berry fruits. The Shiraz delivers rich flavours of redcurrant and strawberries and the Cabernet delivers black currant, cassis and plums. These flavours carry through with fine grained tannins and a luscious finish.
Maturation for 14 months in older French and American oak barrels
