The Three in The Pouch series was created by our winemaker Pieter Breugem by blending parcels of white varieties that accentuate varietal rather than regional characteristics.
Pale straw in colour, the bouquet has fresh Limes, White Peach, Guava and Apricots.
On the palate the Chardonnay delivers structure and depth, with citrus and pear flavours. The Viognier gives floral lift, with apricot flavours and the Sauvignon Blanc delivers crisp acidity.
The wine finishes dry and crisp and is suited to a variety of dishes on any occasion!
