Possums The Pink Possum Cabernet Rose 2009: A single vineyard Rose made according to the traditional method used in the Provence region in France. Vibrant salmon pink with aromas of strawberries, rose petals and turkish delight. The palate is tight and crisp, with flavours of dried pears, cherries and strawberries. A long and pleasantly creamy finish.

Possums Vineyard Shiraz 2006: Vibrant crimson red in colour, the bouquet is abound with fruit cake, plums, rasberries, cloves and layers of cinnamon and vanilla. The palate is full and luscious with layers of fruit and spice with mocha and vanilla bean. Possums Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2005: This wine has a fleshy and full bodied palate, with luscious flavours of blackberries, cassis and plums. The fruit richness is well complimented with tobacco, dark chocolate and spicy oak. Matured for 30 months in new and older French oak barrels.

Possums Vineyard Grenache 2006: The oldest vines on our property (some 70 years old) bright red in colour with purple hues, the bouquet is fragrant and full of cherries, red fruits and spicy, cedary tones. The palate is medium bodied with substantial rasberry and cherry flavours with hints of spice and white pepper.

Possums Willunga Chardonnay 2006: Aromas of citrus blossom, white peach and freshly buttered toast. The palate is layered with stone fruits, nectarines, rock melon, honey and cashews. Well integrated but subtle French oak gives richness to the palate and lingering flavours of butter and nutmeg spice.
