Possums Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2005: A well integrated wine that combines the blackberry, cassis and plum flavours of Cabernet Sauvignon with the oak characters of French barrels. It has a lingering after taste. Awarded 3.5 Stars Wine State magazine April 2008.
Possums Willunga Shiraz 2007: The grapes for this wine were picked to display optimum, rich ,berry flavours and the regions typical deep violet hues. Carefully integrated oak treatment gives the wine has a full soft palate.
Possums Vineyard Grenache 2006: Aligher style wine with typical Grenache flavours on the nose and palate.
Possums Blewitt Springs Viognier 2006: Awarded the La Fort Trophy for white wine of alternative varieties at the McLaren Vale Show 2007 . A dry wine with flavours of peach and apricot .
Possums Blewitt Springs Chardonnay 2008: This unwooded Chardonnay is a fruit driven wine with strong aromatic grape flavours.
Possums Willunga Chardonnay 2006: Combines strong grape flavours with mild oak treatment .

Our series of Possums Vineyard Shiraz wines in years 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003 , made from grapes grown at Blewitt Springs, were awarded the following points by Robert B Parker Jnr, 89, 91, 94 and 87 ; while the 2004 wine received a Silver medal at the Royal Melbourne Show 2005. Also this wine was selected by Cathay Pacific Airways for serving in First Class.
Our 2004 Possums Willunga Shiraz, made from grapes grown at Willunga , received 89 Parker Points and was selected for serving in Business Class on British Airways.
Our Possums Willunga Shiraz 2006, described by James Halliday a leading Australian wine writer as “ a lovely harmonious mix of perfectly ripened red and black fruits, fine tannins, with oak in support” Gold Medal Royal Adelaide Show August 2007.
Our 2004 Possums Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon was awarded the Hamburg Sud Trophy as a result of being rated the best Cabernet Sauvignon wine tasted in 2006 by Wine State magazine Adelaide.
